I’m Mia Norris — a woman of faith, purpose, and perseverance.
My story began far from the spotlight, but through every challenge, God revealed that where you start doesn’t define where you’ll go — your faith and obedience do.
Raised in foster care, I learned early that strength isn’t found in circumstances, but in conviction. I worked hard, believed fiercely, and followed a path that led me from those humble beginnings to Northwestern University, The White House, and a thriving career in corporate leadership.
But my greatest transformation came not from titles or achievements — it came when I truly came to know Jesus Christ. I was baptized in July 2023, and since then, my mission has been clear: to help women walk boldly in their purpose, lead with integrity, and glow with the kind of confidence that only comes from God.
Whether I’m on stage, writing, or creating content, my message remains the same:
“Faith is the strategy. Excellence is the standard. Purpose is the reward.”
